Meet Recap

The Greenwave boys’ cross country team finished first at the Military Magnet Invitational with Ben Eddy leading the way. Eddy was followed by Daren Lagasca in second place. Noah Woodbury and Frasier Byram placed 4th and 5th. Jeremiah Eddy finished in the top ten to round out the scoring for the Greenwave. Official results are not available yet.
On Tuesday the team traveled to Heathwood Hall in Columbia to run the Highlander Invitational. The boys’ team placed first led by Benjamin Eddy who was awarded second place in a virtual tie for first. Eddy was followed by Frasier Byram in fourth (17:20PR), Noah Woodbury (17:41), Coty Lodge (17:53PR), Taylor Mitchum (18:18 SB), Reilly Gobin (18:18), and Jeremiah Eddy (18:22). Also running well for Summerville was Jacob Braddock (18:25PR), Garrett Saylor (18: 42), Grant Hughes (18:51 PR), Trey Overton (19:07PR), Caden McComiskey (19:24 PR), Jack Schwartz (19:28), Payne Rutherford (19:32), Gabe Carnegey (19:42), Will Gnegy (20:39 PR), Danile Dougherty (21:14), Blake Simokat (22:09), Phillip Simmons (22:24 PR), Ryan McSparrow (23:21), Luca Hurley (23:22 PR), Cameron Bicknell (23:41), Evan Hughes (24:09), Malachi Pearson (24:52), Tyler Briggs (24:52 PR) and Jacob Noack (25:47)
