Paperless Eligibility for the 2017-2018 School Year

The Summerville High School Athletic Department is transitioning to a paperless process for collecting the Dorchester District Two Athletic Participation Packet (SCHSL Physical Form and the DD2 Concussion Parent Permission Forms).  Students will be given the opportunity to create student accounts with Mrs. Wheeler (SHS Athletics Secretary) over the next two weeks in anticipation of
